Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
• At least 3 years proven working experience as a Product Developer or in related field (food manufacture/FMCG industry)
• Required skills : Technical Knowledge (Cake & Pastry), Collecting & Analyzing Data
• Knowing safety standard & government regulation in food industry (BPOM)

Responsibilities :

• Create and design new products and make improvements or modifications to existing products
• Determine product specifications based on research
• Developing prototypes for products in development
• Analyzing research and sales data to identify trends
